I left him to do the job in peace, he had a few questions like, would I like the cistern installed higher, lower, or the same as the old one, so the installation was to my preferences. At the end he showed me the work, informed me to not use the toilet for at least 24 hours to allow the grout to cure properly so I don't have a wobbly toilet into the future. The old toilet was of a design that was prone to blockages after a while, took 10 years, so that not too bad I guess. Landlord is good with maintenance issues and it was replaced within the week of the issue being found. In all it looks good, he cleaned up everything after. I had overflowing gutters and rusted downpipes which Troy, Jamie and Michael did an amazing job replacing (even replaced a couple of broken tiles on the roof for me). They were very professional and friendly and open and honest about the work that required doing. They certainly went way above and beyond in fixing my plumbing problems and did a fabulous job at cleaning up when finished. Open and upfront with costing which was great and got the job done quickly. You won’t regret using their services.
