Evaporative Cooler Servicing
$227 Single Storey | $327 Double Storey (Including GST)
- Attend site and access the cooler unit on roof (single or double story);
- Remove cover and thoroughly clean pads (report on condition/age of pads)
- Ensure water levels & water distribution across filter pads are suitable
- Check for the correct operation of the pump, fan & dump valve;
- Check drain pipe is clear of blockages
- Check operation of isolation valve and visual inspection of flexi water hose
- Leave the site clean and tidy and report on concerns

- The standard evaporative air conditioner service is based on the air conditioner being in good working order and includes a maximum of 1 hour on site.

- Double storey property includes 2 tradesmen for OHS.
Gutter Cleaning
$277 Single Storey | $427 Double Storey (Including GST)
- Attend the property and inspect all gutters
- Clean all gutters of leaves and debris
- Sweep valleys (where required)
- Visual inspection and flood test all downpipes
- Visual Inspection for any obvious leaks or defects of the guttering system
- Remove rubbish
- Leave site clean and tidy
- Provide before and after pictures of gutter clean

Tap Servicing
$147 – 1 Tap Set (Including GST)
- Isolate water mains
- Remove taps reseat breaching piece .
- Replace all seals & jumper valves
- Flush water lines & replace taps .
- Test and ensure everything is working correctly and there are no leaks.
- Leave site clean and tidy

RCD Safety Switch Testing
$137 (Including GST)
- Attend property and remove cover panel of switchboard
- Visual inspection of all wiring in switchboard
- Push test button on RCDs / Safety Switches and reset system
- Connect testing equipment
- Trip via testing device
- Reset RCDs / Safety Switches and reinstate cover back on the switchboard
- Report/provide quotation for any non compliant RCD / Safety switches
- Leave site clean and tidy

Price includes a maximum of 1 hour on site - If a safety switch fails, the test and requires replacement the Electrician can replace on site following approval from the customer.
- Electrician will provide a quote on replacement.
Electrical Home Safety Inspection
$327 (Including GST)
- Visit the property and visually inspect the switchboard to ensure it meets current Australian standards.
- Check and test all RCDs / Safety switches.
- Conduct a visual inspection of the entire electrical installation.
- Visually assess the condition of power points and switches.
- Test the functionality of smoke alarms, and document their location, type, age, condition, and compliance.
- Inspect the condition of all existing light fittings.
- Perform an earth resistance test, including checking the earth stake and tag.
- Provide a written report detailing any hazards and recommendations for repairs.
- Leave site clean and tidy
